GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment, according to the terms indicated during the booking process.

The property is managed by Owner Value (company MAS S.R.L.) on behalf of the owner.

Payment
Full payment of the reservation is required at the time of confirmation and is non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in the selected rate conditions.

Acceptance of terms
By confirming the reservation, the guest declares to have read, understood, and accepted these general terms and conditions, including cancellation policies and the privacy policy.

Security deposit
A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after check-out, subject to verification of the property's condition. In case of damage, the amount may be partially or fully retained.

Cancellation
Cancellation policies vary depending on the selected rate. In case of a non-refundable rate, no refund will be issued.

No-show
In case of failure to arrive without prior notice, the full reservation amount will be retained.

Disputes and chargebacks
By completing the reservation, the guest expressly accepts the applicable conditions, including those related to payment and cancellation. Any payment disputes not justified by proven irregularities in the service provided will be considered a violation of these conditions. In such cases, the manager reserves the right to provide all documentation related to the reservation, the stay, and the acceptance of the terms to the relevant financial institutions.

Check-in
Check-in is allowed only after completing the online guest registration, which is mandatory under Italian law (Art. 109 T.U.L.P.S. and Ministerial Decree of January 7, 2013).

Check-out
The property must be vacated by the indicated time. Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional charges.

Use of the property
It is strictly forbidden to exceed the maximum number of guests indicated. Violations may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.

Services during the stay
According to Italian regulations on short-term rentals, it is not permitted to provide additional services during the stay. However, external service providers can be recommended upon request.

Liability
The manager shall not be held responsible for any disruptions caused by force majeure.

Acceptance of the property condition
The photos and descriptions of the property accurately represent its characteristics. Any complaints regarding features clearly shown or described at the time of booking will not be accepted as grounds for a refund.

Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its furnishings. The manager reserves the right to retain the security deposit or request additional compensation in case of damages exceeding the deposit.

Privacy
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

By completing the reservation, the guest declares to have read and accepted these conditions.
